ElsieTOWNLEYnee Mackenzie Bedlington Originally from Gosforth, then lived in North Northumberland and near Linton and Cresswell. Peacefully in hospital after a short illness on the 13th February aged 86 years. Beloved wife of Alf, much loved mam of Christine and a dearly loved grandma of Megan. Elsie was passionate about education and worked ceaselessly to ensure that all the children she taught did their very best. Friends please meet for funeral service and cremation at Cowpen Crematorium on Thursday 1st March at 2.30pm.
