I was Bruce's first friend when he joined our class at Huddersfield New College aged 13. That mean I've been privileged to know him for over 62 years, a long time indeed We spent many good times together as teenagers seeing bands, going to parties etc., propelled to events by our trusty scooters. in those early days, we cultivated a taste for beer which both of us have never lost. Great days, fondly remembered.
He was definitely a one off, and better for it. He will be sadly missed my me, our group of Tripe Trip friends, and countless others. A testament to the man he was!!
