Service and cremation at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Monday 15th February at 3.00 p.m. Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Heart Foundation c/o Roberts & Brain, Funeral Directors, 95-99, 3 Shires Oak Road, Smethwick, West Midlands.
