ZacTREVETTIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Zac Matteo Trevett, who passed away at the Bristol Children's Hospital on Sunday the 10th of November.
Beloved son to Layla & Matthew.
Adored brother of Annalise, Mya & Isla.
And a treasured grandson and nephew.
A Maindy Corries footballer and avid Cardiff City fan, he will be so missed by all of his family and many friends.
Funeral service to be held at 1pm on Wednesday the 27th of November in Cardiff Oratory, St Alban's Parish, Swinton Street, Cardiff, CF24 2NT.
Followed by the committal in the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium, Thornhill Road, Cardiff, CF14 9UA at 2.30pm.
