Scott Robertson JamesTREWERNAfter a long illness, courageously borne, Scott, devoted and dearly loved husband of Fiona and much loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend, passed away peacefully at University Hospital, Ayr on 27th August, 2021. Fiona and the family extend their deepest gratitude to all their relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, support and sympathy at this sad time. There has been such warmth and poignancy in each of the many cards and messages and all the beautiful flowers and home-baking have been very much appreciated. We would like to extend a special tribute to the Reverend Mary Elizabeth Prentice-Hyers of Portland Parish Church, Troon, for the uplifting and comforting services eloquently capturing the spirit of Scott's Christian fellowship so worthy of thanksgiving and celebration. The family is also indebted to the hospital and community nursing and medical teams for the exceptional care Scott received and for the arrangements respectfully and professionally facilitated by Dignity/Templehill Funeral Directors, Kirstie's Flowers, The Copy Stop and The Gailes Hotel. Our very grateful thanks to everyone who donated so generously, in Scott's name, at the retiral collections. The sum of £602 was raised for CHAD (Children's Hospices Across Scotland).

So sorry to hear of Scott’s premature death from my sister Wilma. Scott was in my year at Marr College and my Dad, William, knew him as church elder to Scott and Fiona. Lots of love to Fiona and Scott’s family from Sheila Richards (nee Wilson) ex Hillhouse Road, Barassie.
