CatherineTUCKER(Forest Hall) Suddenly on the 6th June. Aged 67 years. Dearly loved Sister of Anne-Marie and Gerard. A much-loved Sister-in-Law of Claire and the late Michael. Also, a cherished Auntie of Nick and Ben. Catherine will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Everyone, please meet for Service at St. Gabriel's Church, Heaton on Tuesday 20th June at 2.15pm, followed by Private Cremation at the West Road Crematorium. Flowers welcome, or donations in lieu of flowers, if desired to NE Youth. All welcome for refreshments, venue to be announced at the service. All flowers and enquiries to R W Barrett & Son Funeral Services, 379 West Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE15 7NL, Tel 0191 2410873.

A great colleague and a fantastic friend. A smile that lit up the room and a wickedly infectious laugh Full of life and larger than life. Always welcoming and a great social organiser for my sporadic returns to Newcastle over the last 40 years. Can’t imagine a trip to the Toon without seeing you Cath. Will miss you. Thanks for your light and friendship.

Cath, you were the best college flatmate. What laughs we had. You were an unlikely sociology student with your love of Bryan Ferry and your big fur coat. A glamour puss among the hippies.
