Rest in peace, Darren. You'll be sorely missed. I appreciated you as a gardener, but much more than that I appreciated you as a warm and caring human being, and a lover of dogs and the natural world. You've been taken too soon and the world seems smaller today.

I am shocked and saddened to hear belatedly of Darren's passing. He was a true friend as well as my favourite gardener. I can't believe I'll not see him again. I'll miss his kindness and gentleness. The world is a little smaller without him.
