Dearly loved wife of Howard, cherished mother to Mark and John, caring mother-in-law to Kate and Christine and a much loved grandma to Sophie.
Jane was a lovely lady and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
A funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Round Chapel on Friday 25th September at 1.00pm.
