Ioane FeletiTUPOUIoane & Tino Tupou embarked on a life-changing missionary journey to the UK in 1981, along with their 7 children, that would ultimately change the trajectory of their own lives, as well as hundreds of other people who they crossed paths with. Born on the 18th October 1937, Ioane has lived through and witnessed many profound and life-changing events in his life - we have always eagerly listened to our father's recounts with love and wonder. Born in Samoa, he has resided in and moved to a number of countries in his youth, such as New Zealand and Australia to name a few. Having dedicated his life to the Ministry - this took him from Samoa to Manchester, from Manchester to Cornwall; from Cornwall to Yorkshire and ultimately to the North East where he and Tino found their new home. Ioane has always wholeheartedly been a pillar of support for his family, peers and the community as a whole - as a means of support, love and empathy. He has taught all of us the value of love and respect for loved ones and life as a whole - even in his final days, he continued to marvel at the wonder of life and the World. He has truly lived a spectacular and multifaceted life, with many people who love and cherish him, both family and friends locally and across the pond. We write this and send Ioane off with all of the love and blessings that he has in turn, blessed us and people who he encountered with. Funeral Service will be held at Mountsett Crematorium on 19th July at 10:15am.
