So sad to hear the news belatedly. Such a lovely lady and family. I can remember my mom stood chatting with Pat and waved when we saw her returning from work. Thoughts with you all what a wonderful smile and humour. Jane & Barbara Ashwin

I fell in love with Patricia as soon as we met aged 17 and we’ve had a lovely happy life together. She was a lovely wife and mum and I couldn’t have wished for a better person to share my life with. We’re so lucky to have such a wonderful family around us and we’ve enjoyed sharing our lives with many people, showing them kindness and love which is what life is all about. I’m only sorry that I couldn’t fulfill all the trips we planned this year which included going to Packwood House and Baddesley Clinton to see the beautiful daffodils. Another trip we planned was to go to the Arden Hotel in Stratford to enjoy their wonderful fish and chips. I will miss you forever Patricia, you were my wife, my sweetheart and the love of my life xxx

To a wonderful mum, mother-in-law and nannie, we shared so many happy times together. We loved hearing about how you and dad met and the adventures you shared on your tandem and motorbike. Myself and Jill had a lovely childhood, we had annual holidays to Bournemouth and Dorset and had many trips to Kenilworth Park, Evesham and the Cotswolds for picnics dressed in the outfits you so lovingly made for us. In later years we enjoyed trips out to many of the National Trust houses, Luke would get so excited when he knew we were going over to see nannie and grandad as he knew it meant a trip out and a picnic. You loved to see the changing of the seasons and the flowers as they emerged in spring and summer. Having a picnic in such lovely settings, listening to tales of Marks and Spencer will always hold a special place in our hearts. We will miss you mum, forever in our hearts. Lots of love Jan, Bob and Luke xxx
