Thanks go to Dr Karmani, the Community Nursing Team and all the staff at Woodside Medical Centre; to the Haven Macmillan Teams; and to Dr Hingorani and his team at the Queen's Centre at Castlehill Hospital, ward 31 and the day unit for the care you gave to Lee. Special thanks to Community Nurses Lisa and Anna and to Macmillan Nurse Becky for the outstanding care and support during Lee's final weeks. It will never be forgotten. Thankyou to Lisa, Eleanor, Michelle and Kirsty at Kettles Funeral Care, Grimsby for the funeral arrangements and for the care you took of Lee and the family; to Della Brett for conducting the perfect celebration of Lee's life, you brought smiles to everyone amongst the tears; to Blooms at Borrowdale and Kay's flowers for the beautiful floral tributes; and to Waltham Windmill Golf Club for the breakfast Lee loved.
