Passed away on 6th December 2024, aged 89 years, at Leicester Royal Infirmary.

Nev's funeral service will take place at 12:30pm on Friday 3rd January 2025 at Gilroes Crematorium.

So sorry to hear of Nev's passing. He was so committed to serving his community and dedicated to his work with young people at New Parks youth club over many years. I enjoyed our chats about LeicesterCity. He missed being able to go to the club after his accident. I only found out about his passing yesterday and his funeral just now, too late to attend, else I would have been there. Sympathy to Nev's family.

So sorry to hear Nev is no longer with us. He was so dedicated to serving the local community and the young people at the youth club in New Parks. Thanks for your work over many years . I only learnt of his passing from a neighbour yesterday when I was concerned he hadn't replied to a message or I would have paid my respects at his funeral. Rest in peace, Nev.
