Miss Twigg was an inspiration to me. I can still recite the elements of the periodic table thanks to her. She was a wonderful teacher. I tried to contact her to say thankyou, but no luck. I went on to have a University education and receive several national awards for my work in environmental research thanks to her. Thank you SO much, my favorite teacher. I remember Miss Twigg with great affection. As a pupil of hers at Llwyn y Bryn in 1966/67 she made the difficult subject of chemistry enjoyable for many of us. A lovely lady and a wonderful teacher.
