SteveTYASMavis and Rachael wish to express their sincere thanks for all the kind messages of condolence, cards, beautiful flowers and generous donations received, and to so many family and friends for attending Steve's Funeral. Thanks are extended to Rev. George Spencer for his lovely Service at the Crematorium and to David Pickering for such a wonderful "Celebration of Life" Service at Oakes Baptist Church, and to all those who made it such a success. Special thanks to Dr. Brown and his team on Oncology, to Ward 3, the stoma nurses, Mr. Anwar and his team at H.R.I. and the District Nurses for their care of Steve. We would like to thank Prof. Lodge and his team at St. James' Hospital, Leeds, to our G.P. Dr. Glencross and his staff, and to all the chemist staff at Rowlands. A very big thank you to the Doctors and Nurses who not only cared for Steve at Kirkwood Hospice, but also Rachael and I at this difficult time. We would like to thank Elaine Gill and Andrew Gammon for their help and care and to The Irish Centre for the wonderful buffet.
