Eileen ValettaUNDERWOODIt is with great sadness we announce the passing of Eileen Underwood, (nee Jones), who sadly passed away on 22nd January 2024, aged 84. Eileen was a loving wife to Terry (deceased) and a wonderful mother of Brian, Josette, Terri-Ann and their spouses. She was a cherished grandmother, great-grandmother as well as an adored sister, aunty and friend to many.

Eileen was born in Sheffield and moved to Plymouth following her marriage. She ran a shellfish stall, in Plymouth Pannier Market for 59 years, were she was fondly known by many as the crab lady.

Funeral service to be held on 15th February 2024, at Emmanuel Church, Mannamead at 12.30pm, all welcome.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to St Lukes and Bowel Cancer UK.

Any enquiries to Plymouth & District Funeral Services, Tel. 01752 407100
