RayUPTONIt is with great sadness that the family of Mrs Ray Upton (nee Parker) announces her passing, on January 11th 2023, at the age of 93. Ray passed away peacefully in Altrincham, and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter-in-law Margret, grandchildren David, Ian, Richard, Andrea, Denise and Matthew, great-grandchildren Lara and Julius, her extended family, friends and care givers. Ray's cherished husband Eric Whitnall passed away in 1993, and beloved son Steven 2017. Ray lived in Urmston, Greater Manchester for most of her life, and worked at the Coop as well as a telephonist for the then GPO (British Telecom). A service will be held at Peel Green Crematorium, 716 Liverpool Rd, Eccles, M30 7LW at 1.40pm on Friday 10th February. All are welcome to attend.
