Mother in law of Gillian, Dewi and Greg. Grandmother of Gemma, Laura, Sophie, Andrew, Megan and Jack. Great Grandmother of Ethan, Myles, Dylan and Harrison. Sadly missed by her Brother Roger and his family. Cecilia will be loved and missed by the whole family. Resting at Penarth Funeral Directors, Hickman Road, Penarth until the service at Thornhill Crematorium Briwnant Chapel on Wednesday 22nd November 2023 at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please.
