Loving daughter of David and Susan, much loved mam of Lewis, Jasmin and Lacey-Jo, cherished sister of Kerry and David, and a much loved auntie and great auntie.

Service to be held at the West Road Crematorium on Thursday 21st November at 11.15am.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to MIND.
