EnidVAN DIJKPassed away peacefully on Thursday 8th September surrounded by her family, after a short brave battle. Funeral service to take place at St. Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday 6th October at 1.00pm prior to a private burial. A loving daughter, sister, mother, adored nana, great grandmother and friend to many. Reunited with loved ones.
