Plena MayVAN-POUCKEnée Price Peacefully on Wednesday 3rd April 2019 at her home Plena of Gilfach-Y-Rhyd Farm, Abercynon, devoted wife of the late Jack, loving mother of David and the late Susan, adored Nan to Jayne, Kathryn and Sharon, and great-grandmother of Lee, Sam, Megan, Jac, Nia and Susie. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Tuesday 16th April service at her home at 1:00pm (all welcome) prior to Interment at Ynysybwl Cemetery. No flowers.
