Love and miss you so much it hurts, Love Dad, Mum, Logan, Gucci, Grandma, Grandad, Auntie Julie, Uncle Craig, Channon and Kenzie. Funeral will be at 1.15pm on Thursday May 16th at Weston Mill Crematorium. Family flowers only Donations to Mind Charity and ICU at Derriford Hospital can be left as a retiring collection.
