Much loved and devoted dad to Dan and Saffy, adored son of Sheila and the late Alan, a cherished brother of Andy, Ian, Chris, Dwain and Craig, a loving partner of Michelle and a dear friend to many. Will be sadly missed by all who loved him.
A service of celebration of Jeff's life to take place on Tuesday 21st July at St Bedes Chapel, Teesside Crematorium at 3pm.
Family and friends please meet at crematorium chapel and afterwards at the Bluebell Hotel.
Bright colours to be worn please, no black, preferably Hawaiian Themed.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to The British Heart Foundation, collection box provided outside crematorium chapel.
