Sheila VioletWAKEFIELDformerly Hunt nee Phillips of Fraser Road Exmouth. Passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early hours of 17th May 2023, having being diagnosed for 9 years with dementia. Sheila was born on the 24th October 1934 at 11 Widgery Road, Whipton, Exeter to Arthur Phillips and Lilian Phillips nee Biggs, originally from London. Sheila was a third child of four, sister June (dec), brother Bob (dec) and younger sister Doreen (dec). Beloved wife of John Wakefield, proud mother of John Hunt and partner Hester, Patricia Marsh nee Hunt and husband Ian, son Jonathan Wakefield and partner Maureen. Grandmother to Rebecca Marsh, Kizzi Hunt, Reuben Marsh, Josie Hunt and Roseanna Hayward nee Marsh. Funeral at Whimple Crematorium Monday 5th June at 10.45am. Family flowers only please or donations preferred for Alzheimer's Society.
