Devoted husband to Betty (d. 21st July 2022) who he looked after for many years, a terrific father to Roddy and Joe, a truly community oriented person and a good friend to many Brauntonians and indeed Devonians.

He died peacefully on 26th December 2023 aged 93 and his funeral will take place at the North Devon Crematorium, Barnstaple, on Tuesday 23rd January 2024 at 3pm. We will then celebrate his life at the St Brannock's Rooms, Church Street, Braunton, EX33 2EL at 4.30pm.
