Kaz sadly passed away on the 18th January 2025, aged 78 years. A beloved husband to Danuta ‘Dani’, loving father to Andrzej and Janusz, father-in-law to Amy and Ria and a special ‘Dziadek’ to Carys, Griffith, Jessica and Erin. Brother to Irena, Wilhelmina, Romek, Wiktoria, Stanislaw (deceased), and Andrzej. Brother-in-law, ‘wujek’ and great uncle to many. Special friend to Kay, Bryan, Vince and Eric.
He touched the lives of those who knew him and will forever be remembered.

Funeral service to be held on Friday 28th February 2025 at Holy Rood Church, Groundwell Road, Swindon SN1 2LU, at 12 noon. Followed by a committal service at Kingsdown Crematorium, Kingsdown Road, Swindon SN25 6SG, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only please, donations would be greatly appreciated for Diabetes UK, Cancer Research UK, Dementia UK and The Prospect Hospice Swindon and may be sent to Hillier Funeral Service, Kingshill House, Kent Road, Swindon SN1 4NH or online at www.hillierfuneralservice.co.ukobituaries/Kaz-walega. Thank you Kaz, for all the mornings you greeted me before college and Uni, or walking Prus with my dogs, with a big beaming smile and a little mischief, I know where Jan gets it from!
You always made me feel welcome and I know just how much your family and friends will miss you.
May you rest in peace and your spirit soar.
