BeverleyWALKEROn 12th December 2018, peacefully after a long illness courageously fought with determination and optimism, Bev aged 54 years, sadly passed away with her loving partner Mark by her side, at Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby. Much loved daughter of Alex and Mary, a treasured niece and a very special friend to many. Bev will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her. A service will be held at St. Michael's Church on Friday 28th December 2018 at 11.30am followed by interment in Scartho Road Cemetery. Bev wished that all attending would wear something colourful to celebrate knowing her, preferably no one to be all in black. Floral tributes will be received at Co-op Funeralcare, 55 Abbey Road, Grimsby Tel: 01472 355707 or if so desired a donation may be made to St. Andrew's Hospice, Peaks Lane, Grimsby DN32 9RP.

My name is Colin Bartholomew, and I was Beverley's former husband I met Beverley from Hoyland Common,Barnsley , through Chatterbox Recording, a tape friendship club. We were for several years. married I have often thought about Beverley and recently discovered, through Bing Ai that she has passed. I am deeply sorry and profoundly upset by this news. She was best person I knew, and I am glad she spent remainder of her years with my old school friend Mark. can some one contact me ? I live in Germany now

God bless you Bev. Was such a privilege to get to know you and Mark. You was so brave with everything that was thrown at you and I will never forget that. Will never forget our little chats. God bless. Xx
