Beloved wife of George, a dear Mum to Tracey and the late Stevie, and son-in-law Jim, loving Nan to Hannah and Connor.
A Service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at The North Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd June, 1.30 pm.
Pat's wish was for those attending to wear an item of bright clothing, please.
