Patricia AnnWALKERPat of Nantwich, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family after a brief illness at the age of 89.
Beloved Wife of the late Alan, much-loved Mother of Katy, Nicola and Jonathan, Mother-in-law to Steve, Charlotte and the late Dave, Special Granny to Matt, Tom, James and Ed, loving Auntie, Cousin and Friend to many. Sadly missed and remembered always.
Funeral Service at St Mary's Church, Nantwich on Monday 26th October at 12 noon.
Family flowers only, donations in memory of Pat will be gratefully received for The UHNM Charity (University Hospital North Midlands.)
