JamesWALLPassed away peacefully after a long illness bravely borne on Thursday, 2nd July 2026, at home, aged 88 years.
Loving husband of Jean, much-loved dad of Janine and Jamie, father-in-law to Steve and Kate, and treasured grandfather to Xanthe, Laurie and Charlotte.
Jim will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends.
The funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday, 3rd August at 12.00 pm. Relatives and friends wishing to attend are kindly requested to meet at the crematorium.
Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be made in Jim's memory to the Dougie Mac Hospice. Black need not be worn.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the Dougie Mac Hospice, the Marie Curie nurses, the Palliative Care Coordination Centre and Prime Staff for the dedication, care and compassion shown to them and Jim throughout his illness.
