Loving husband of the late Pauline, wonderful dad to Karla & Steve and Kelly & Steve, much loved grandad of Hope, India and Jack. Beloved brother of Betty and the late Roy and Audrey. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at St Peter, St Paul & St Thomas of Canterbury, Bovey Tracey on Thursday 23rd January at 11:00 am. Family flowers only, but donations (if desired) to Cancer Research UK on retiring collection. The golden gate stood open, on that unhappy day. With farewells left unspoken, you softly passed away. God must have seen you tired, and knew you needed rest. His garden must be beautiful. He only takes the best.
