Sheila MargaretWALLIS(Fenham, Newcastle). Dearly loved wife of Edward, mother of Sue, Liz and Anne and grandmother of Rachel, Naomi and Daniel and as a friend and confidant of many. Sheila died peacefully at home on Sunday 10th April 2022, aged 82, following a journey with Corticobasal Degeneration. A committed Christian, and a dedicated and talented Physiotherapist, she was brave to the end. Sheila's committal at the crematorium will be for family only, but please join Edward and the family for a Thanksgiving Service at Robert Stewart Memorial Church, Fenham on Thursday 28th April 2022 at 2:00pm to celebrate her life. (Wear any colour but because of Covid, please wear a mask). No flowers please, but donations if desired, would be welcomed to The Leprosy Mission, long supported by Sheila, at actions.leprosymission.org.uk/page/74287/donate. We have asked that donations go towards rebuilding the Anandaban Research Centre in Nepal where, along with other innovative treatments, they are trialling a vaccine to increase immunity to leprosy and are leading the government's Covid-19 vaccination programme in the Kathmandu Valley. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Romans 15v13
