Cherished Nanna to Tim, Sheri, Christopher, Daniel, Nicola, Sion, Steven, and Kieran and a loving great Nanna.
Pat will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service Tuesday 26th March at Margam Crematorium 1.45pm.
