Irish Blessing
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal;
Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
May joy and peace surround you,
Contentment latch your door,
And happiness be with you now,
And bless you ever more.

I recall Neville once saying that he would have loved to visit Ireland.
Irish Blessing for the loss of a loved one.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
May joy and peace surround you,
Contentment latch your door,
And happiness be with you now,
And bless you ever more.

I know this charity would have been special to my dad. He was involved with amateur theatre, singing, acting, performing arts for over 70 years.. Starting out at the YMCA in Whitley Bay in the 1950s and many other local theatre organisations over the years. He played the ukeleke, sang everything from operetta to swing and easy listening, played character parts, panto villain, dame, comedy, lead roles in musicals and plays, compered variety shows, hosted radio shows and so much more. He loved nurturing young talent in the theatre, coached and helped many budding actors and performers build their confidence. I hope my mum and I can come along to visit your centre in the future x
