JacquelineWARDSadly passed away on 30th December 2019 at St Joseph's Convent Nursing Home aged 78 years. She was a much loved Mum, Grandma, Great Grandma who will be missed by all her family and friends. A service to celebrate her life will be held in the Chapel at Stafford Crematorium on Thursday 23rd January at 12.30pm followed by interment at Tixall Road Cemetery. As it is a celebration of her life please feel free to wear bright colours. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu if desired will be shared between Dementia UK and St Joseph's Convent Nursing Home.
