BerniceWARDBernice, 88, formerly of Byrd Crescent, Penarth, sadly passed away peacefully at University Hospital of Wales on 6th March, in the presence of her daughters. Dearly beloved wife of the late Michael "Micky" Ward, she will be sorely missed by her devoted daughters, Susan, Marilyn and Theresa, Sons-in-law Feroze, Brian and David, her eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Her funeral will be held as St. Joseph's Church, Penarth on 25th March at 12pm by invitation only due to Covid regulations. Then on to the cemetery in Castle Ave for 1pm via Byrd Crescent. Residing at James Summers Funeral Home, Lavernock Road, Penarth. Should you wish to, flowers are welcome, or donations in lieu to Stroke UK. The Family would like to express their thanks to the staff on A7 in UHW and our gratitude and immense thanks to the staff at the Waverley Care Centre, who have taken such fantastic care of our lovely Mum for the last 8 years.
