Thomas MartinWARDPassed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday 21st October 2024 aged 74.
Dad to Tracey and Martin. Grandad to Poppyann, Jade, Nicola, Nathan and a friend to many.
He will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Radcliffe Crematorium on Monday 11th November at 11.30am.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to Alzheimer's Society and Parkinson's UK care of the Funeral Director.
