JohnWARDLE"Jack" Sadly on December 5th 2019 after a short illness Jack aged 93 years of Blurton passed away at the RSUH. Loving husband to the late Annie, devoted dad to the late John, a much loved brother to Joan and Gordon, treasured uncle to Angela and Brian. Jack will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. Funeral to take place on Friday January 10th. Service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 11.30am.
