Service to be held at St Nicholas' Church, Fleetwood on Tuesday 11th November at 11.30am followed by burial at Fleetwood Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired may be given for Trinity Hospice, c/o the Funeral Director.

We’ve known each other since we were 4 yrs old and even though life took us in different directions, Im so glad you found happiness with Paul. What a beautiful family you have! The tributes they gave you were perfect! When I think of you I can only see you laughing. Thank you for being a huge part of my younger years. Sending love and condolences to your lovely family.
