Dearly beloved husband of Ann, loving and devoted dad to Peter and Andrew, a dear father-in-law of Lynne and a cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Phil will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral to take place on Monday 5th July at Swansea Crematorium at 2:30pm, due to current restrictions attendance will be by invitation only.
