Will friends please meet for service at St. Bartholomews Church, Meltham on Saturday January 3rd 2015 at 1:00pm to be followed by private interment. Family flowers only please, but donations would be appreciated for the Forget-Me-Not-Trust for which a plate will be available at the service.
