PaulineWATSONof Douglas Road, Bacup died in Fern Hill House Care Home, Bacup on January 25, aged 77 years. She started work in Gaskells Office, Bacup, then was a secretary at Binder Hamlyn, Bacup and finished her working life at the Free Press Office in Rawtenstall. Her husband Frank died four years ago, they spent many holidays on cruise ships and in England. She enjoyed dancing, knitting and sewing. She leaves her sister-in-law Margaret and husband Sonny in Australia and many cousins and friends. A service of thanksgiving will be held at Knight and Boys Funeral Home on Thursday, February 9 at 1pm, conducted by Rev Dave Bartram. Followed by interment at Bacup Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Rossendale Hospice. Funeral Director: Paul Swarbrick for Knight and Boys.
