Ann LourdesWATTERSSadly passed away suddenly, but peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday 20th August 2023 in the ICU at the Royal Derby Hospital.
Leaving behind her beloved husband Philip, much adored daughters Michaela and Bethany, her wonderful son-in-law Sam and her much loved unborn granddaughter.
Lourde will be greatly missed by her sister Carmel and brothers Ade, Martin and Colman. Reunited with her mother Peg, father Ted and sisters Josephine and Alma.
She will also be missed by her extended family sister and brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, her friends and neighbours, who she never missed any of their birthdays.
Lourde will be received into St George's Church, Village Street on Tuesday 12th September at 6.00pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 13th September at 11.00am followed by a cremation at Markeaton Crematorium.
A celebration of Lourde's life will be held at Littleover Social Club, Blagreaves Lane between 2.00pm-6.00pm.
