Dear Peggy was such a good friend of my mum and dad. I spent so many happy hours with their beloved daughter Sandra at their home in Cornish Arms. Peggy put up with our rampaging around until the bar opened, when we were goodheartedly ousted out of the public areas.
Such Happy days, which I quite often recalled with her when we used to meet in Camborne. Remember her as a glamorous lady with a lovely laugh who didn't take any nonsense if she was pushed.
Rest easy Peggy. I'm sure my dad Jack Turner is probably up there waiting for a pint to be pulled from his favourite publican.
Thinking of you all with love.xx
