In my loving thoughts of you Elsie, I can’t help but share that you were the best mother-in-law and friend I could have ever hoped for. Your kindness and love shine from the faces of all your loved ones, of which there are many. I thank you for raising your son to be such a kind and loving man, who now bestows this same kindness and love upon me each and every lovely day we spend together. I miss you terribly and realizing we will never visit and laugh together again is breaking my heart. But please know, that I will take the best care of your boy and love him with all I am forever. Your step grandchildren send their love as well. Rest in blissful peace sweet Elsie.

Well Mom we knew this time would eventually come, and it’s still the hardest thing to deal with. Kellie and I would love to have been by your side but couldn’t make it. But then you have visited us since. In your heavenly way. I was your first born and I love you so very much. The miles between us were many but just a phone call away to hear your voice. You gave me the strength to live my life and for that I will be forever grateful. From everyone Stateside sleep well, god speed, and look in on us from time to time.
