Frederick PhilipWELCHWELCH - FREDERICK PHILIP (Fred), . On the 6th April 2021 peacefully at High Pastures Nursing Home, formerly of Conwy aged 90 years. Fred will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service takes place at Bangor Crematorium on Tuesday 20th April at 12noon.
