GerardWELCHPeacefully in hospital on August 23rd, Ged (of Normanby). Treasured son of Elaine, dear stepson of John, a dearly loved nephew, cousin and friend to many. Funeral Service to be held at St. Hilda's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Tuesday 6th September at 9:45am prior to Cremation. Friends please meet at the Chapel. Remembering Gerard with love and affection. So many happy memories with him when we were kids. The good times we had on his trips to Canada and when he came to California with us. I'm sorry we are not there to say goodbye to you. Until we meet again Gerard, night God bless. With all our love.

Ged, I drove past the Foundry the other day and looked at the Doorway, I can't believe I will never see you stood there again! I will miss you so much. You always told everyone I was your Niece. I am so glad we got to go to Great Yarmouth together and you came to my 50th too. We had such a laugh all of us. Everyone will miss you in Eston. It won't be the same without you. Good night.
