Rest in peace my dear friend. We had the best times. I entered your home and your words was “we don’t just want a carer we want a friend” and that’s how it was for 12 years. I’ll never forget your words of wisdom, your knowledge on history and how I loved listening to all the places you and Jenny had visited and the life you both shared. We shared our sadness and happiness over all those years, the laughs when you’d wind up a scam phone call and if they got your name wrong “Mr Wilkman”
You had a heart of gold John and I will never forget you, you guided me in life more than you’d ever know. You’re now back with Jenny where you was your happiest. Thank you for being part of my life and choosing me to be in yours.
