StuWELLDENWELLDEN (Orkney). Stu. I find it difficult to find the words to convey my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for the kindness and support I have had since Stu, died, especially from family and friends, who travelled to strengthen family bonds and ties of friendship and gave me the joy of seeing new friendships made. To those who attended the funeral service, called, phoned or sent flowers and cards or opened their hearts and homes to visitors. In particular I would like to thank the Shapinsay medical team, fire-crew and coastguard, air ambulance crews and the doctors and nurses in the coronary care unit at ARI they are very special. Thanks to Mr John Corse who helped and supported us through this difficult time, to Rev. Fraser Macnaughton for his sincere and uplifting service and to Paul Robertson for his stirring pipe playing. To June and Dave Swannine for their practical support, generosity and providing food for all of us at the Smithy Restaurant. Special thanks must go go my daughter Lindsey and husband Stephen, my grandson Ben who is so brave, granddaughter Isla who makes me smile, they made me truly proud. Judi Wellden.
