Everyone that helped on the day to ensure Jane got the most perfect send off - too many to name! Sue, Nikki and all of the catering help and also those that baked cakes they were delicious - thank you ! To all those that visited Jane at home to support the family and kept her smiling we are most grateful. Thank you for all your cards, attendance and donations, Jane would of been overwhelmed to of raised over £2000 for Macmillan and Hackthorn Church.
