Kale LeviWELSH (FITZPATRICK)Suddenly and with great sadness, on Thursday 1st February, Kale aged 22 years of Knutton unexpectedly took his last breath.
Dearly loved son of Zoe, devoted Daddy to Lyla G, special Brother to Kealey, and treasured Grandson, Uncle, Nephew, Cousin and Friend to many.
The funeral service will take place at Bradwell Crematorium on Tuesday 27th February at 12.40pm and then a burial afterwards at Silverdale Cemetery.
Relatives and friends wishing to attend the service are kindly invited to meet at the Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired are preferred to Mind Mental Health in memory of Kale.
